Gift aid

A huge benefit which is available to charities like ours, is Gift Aid, which means that if you are a tax payer, we can claim an additional 25% of your donation back from the government.

Since establishing the Gift Aid scheme, we have had a wonderful response from the general public. Simply ticking the Gift Aid box means we can claim back the tax you have already paid on that donation at no cost to you, which increases the value of your gift by an additional 25p in each pound. Last year, reclaiming Gift Aid alone helped us fund more projects.

In kind donations

We hold a range of fundraising events throughout the year and are always on the lookout for any raffle or auction prizes; large or small. So whether you could auction a week in a cottage, vouchers, tickets, signed items, a meal for two or simply a bottle of wine, we would be delighted to take any such items off your hands as a means of raising vital funds for our work. Simply contact us about auctionable items, or bring your raffle item along to one of our meetings.
