John Rathbone has now handed over the Presidents chain of office to our new President, Dave Parker. Maltby and Rother Valley Lions wish Dave the best of luck in his new role and also Gerry Haywood as Vice President – you can be sure of the support of all the club.
John Rathbone has been the President of MRVL for the last 7 years. His hard work, leadership and commitment to the club has been outstanding and all the members would like to say a big thank you to him for the great job he has done. “Going the extra mile” is a normal occurrence for John and we are sure his good work will continue within the club. We have a club where we have a great time whilst raising money for good causes – John has played a large part in achieving this. Keep up the good work John!
