A lovely afternoon in honour of a great cause
Maltby Rother Valley Lions were delighted to support the Earl and Countess of Scarborough’s Vintage Garden Party in aid of Support Dogs for autism, epilepsy and disability, SRSB and Rotherham Sight and Sound. A lovely afternoon was had by all and it makes it even better to know that funds raised will go to helping folk in our local communities.Maltby Lions make a donation to Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice
Harry Finlayson had no idea what the Maltby and Rother Valley Lions Club got up to, until he enjoyed sitting in with them at one of their regular meetings.
“I never new what these people do for our local community until i was privileged to sit with them in their meeting, they put so much time & effort into helping others, big thank you to you all ??” said Harry.
Some of the members of Maltby and Rother Valley Lions Club presented a cheque for £1,000 to Harry for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
